Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KAI. By creating an account or using KAI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

KAI (kaisystem.ai and the KAI mobile app), operated by KAIZEN, is a productivity and assistant platform for MyLifestyle distributors. It helps distributors organize their day, manage prospects and leads, create and run events (webinars, masterclasses, and team meetings), and view team and activity reports. KAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Zoom Video Communications, Inc.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or contact prospects who have not consented to hear from you.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Misrepresent the products, the compensation plan, or your relationship with MyLifestyle or KAIZEN.

4. Zoom Integration

If you connect a Zoom account, that integration is provided by Zoom and your use of it is also subject to Zoom’s own Terms of Service and policies. You connect only your own Zoom account, and you are responsible for how you schedule and run meetings and webinars and for complying with Zoom’s requirements. KAI accesses only the data described in our Privacy Policy and never accesses meeting recordings or chat content.

5. No Income Guarantees

KAI is a productivity tool. It does not promise, guarantee, or imply any level of income, earnings, sales, or business results. Any outcomes depend on your own effort, skill, and market conditions. Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a financial or earnings claim.

6. Intellectual Property

KAIZEN owns the Service, its software, and its branding. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant KAIZEN the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (for example, to store and display your events, leads, and generated content).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAIZEN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing kai@kaisystem.ai). We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
